The MBA Programme at School of Management Studies, UC College is committed to fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and mutual respect among students, faculty, and staff. All members of our academic community are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in their conduct, both inside and outside the classroom. This includes maintaining academic honesty, demonstrating respect for diverse perspectives, and engaging in responsible communication and collaboration.

All students are expected to strictly adhere to the college’s timing and maintain regular attendance, as consistent participation is essential for academic and personal growth. The internal and external evaluation systems are to be taken seriously, and students must prepare diligently and perform with integrity in all assessments. Respect for faculty, staff, peers, and the academic environment is a fundamental expectation at all times.

Students are also required to actively engage in all training and placement activities organized by the department, as these play a vital role in shaping their professional future. Discipline and commitment are key values we uphold, and any violation of institutional rules, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior will be viewed seriously and may result in disciplinary action.

In line with our values, any form of discrimination, harassment, dishonesty, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The MBA Programme provides a framework for addressing violations of this code through fair and transparent processes.
