The MBA Program at UC College is committed to fostering the overall development of students through structured academic and co-curricular interventions. One of the flagship initiatives supporting this vision is the MBA Mentoring Program, designed to nurture students’ personal, professional, and leadership capabilities through continuous guidance and engagement.

The mentoring system emphasizes student development, holistic growth, confidence building, communication enhancement, leadership development, employability readiness, and personality transformation, ensuring that every student receives individualized support and direction throughout the program.

Structure of the Mentoring Program

Each MBA batch is systematically divided into small mentor groups consisting of 10 students, with every group assigned a dedicated faculty mentor from the department.
