OBT

The Outbound Training (OBT) programme was conducted for 53 students at Green Burg Resort from 22nd January to 24th January with the objective of enhancing teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through experiential learning. The programme was facilitated by Mr. Moh P. Hashim, Trainer from NUR Skill, who effectively engaged students through structured outdoor and team-based activities supported by reflective debriefing sessions. The training provided students with practical exposure to real-life challenges, helping them understand group dynamics, leadership roles, and personal strengths. The programme was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Rahul Thampi R and Mr. Greeni T. Thankachan, ensuring smooth execution, active student participation, and adherence to safety and discipline. Overall, the OBT programme was highly successful and contributed significantly to the holistic development of the students.
