The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at Union Christian College plays a vital role in fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students. Established under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, the IIC aims to encourage creative thinking, problem-solving, and the development of practical skills beyond the classroom. At UC College, the council organizes workshops, seminars, hackathons, and interactive sessions with industry experts to inspire students to transform ideas into impactful projects and startups.
