Students extension and Outreach Programme

We believe that management education must go beyond classrooms and boardrooms to build social responsibility, community awareness, and leadership qualities in every student.

Out-reach and extension activities form an important part of our MBA curriculum. These initiatives help students:

• Understand the needs and challenges of different sections of society.
•  Develop empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in real-life contexts.
•  Strengthen their sense of social commitment and civic responsibility.
•  Enhance communication, planning, and organizational skills through hands-on experience.

2, Key Out-Reach & Extension Programs

Some of the out-reach and extension activities planned for our MBA students include:

• Community Development Projects: Engaging with local communities to identify and address social, economic, and environmental issues.
• Awareness Campaigns: Organising campaigns on health, financial literacy, waste management, sustainability, and other pressing social concerns.
• NGO Partnerships: Collaborating with non-governmental organisations for volunteering opportunities and social service.
• Blood Donation Drives & Health Camps: Participating in health-related extension work to promote social wellbeing.
• Environment & Sustainability Drives: Tree plantation, campus greening, plastic-free initiatives, and awareness activities to promote sustainability.
• Inclusive India Initiatives: Undertaking internships and outreach activities that contribute to inclusive growth and upliftment of marginalised communities.
• Plays an active part in the branding and marketing activities of Thanalidam: Thrift store of Union Christian College Aluva (Autonomous)
