At the School of Management Studies, Union Christian College, Aluva (Autonomous), we are deeply committed to nurturing socially responsible and industry-ready managers of tomorrow. Our MBA & BBA(Hons) programs goes beyond academics to ensure the holistic development of each student, empowering them to become confident leaders, critical thinkers, and ethical professionals.

A distinctive feature of our department is the robust Mentor–Mentee system, where every student is personally guided by a faculty mentor. This strong support system fosters continuous academic and personal growth, helping our students navigate challenges and realise their true potential.

We place special emphasis on employability skills enhancement training through carefully curated workshops, soft skills sessions, industry interactions, and real-time projects. Our students gain practical exposure and industry insights through the Inclusive India Internship Programme, which encourages them to work with diverse communities and sectors, broadening their perspective as socially conscious managers.

Through these initiatives, we strive to create a vibrant learning environment that equips our graduates with the knowledge, skills, and values essential to excel in today’s dynamic business world.
